In addition to sharing experiences and discuss procedures that will be adopted in Brazil and in the world, the 2OOmbudsman Seminar wants to emphasize the aspects of good governance and good management that might be enhanced through the support of the Public and Private Ombudsman.
Thus, the objective is to discuss the Ombudsman activity as a means provided by the companies and Government Agencies for a greater interaction with their customers and society, looking up to reflect about the importance of these organs in the construction of an excellent service to be provided to its various segments.
Additionally, the work seeks to raise awareness and encourage managers of public agencies and private companies to implement actions to facilitate in their respective action areas the establishment and improvement of the Ombudsman as a contribution to good management.
In a more specific way, we can establish the following objectives:
Discuss the activity of the Ombudsman as an aid to good management.
Aggregate and disseminate knowledge about the various models of Ombudsman for application in private and public administration from Federal, State and Municipal spheres.
Share experiences among speakers, technicians and representatives of civil society about the challenges that them live in day-to-day activities.
Produce a document to be available to companies and various levels of Government with proposals to strengthen the already existing Ombudsman and stimulate the creation of new Ombudsman.
